English for finance (published 2014)

For the purpose of helping students at the Academy for finance (AOF) improve their foreign language competence, Foreign Language Department, Foreign Language Faculty, AOF was assigned to design the textbook “English for finance”.

This book was written to meet the needs of the student who are intending to study business at the Academy for finance. It is also suitable for students of English anywhere whose primary reason in learning English is for the purpose of conducting business. Many business professionals who need to conduct negotiations in English will find this book useful for learning business terminology and concepts. This book is written so that it can be used by an individual studying on his own or by an instructor as a classroom textbook.

The textbook “English for finance” consists of two parts.

Part one, which includes 6 Chapters with 30 Units, is used to teach students at class during 120 class hours.

Part two, including 10 Units,is used as references for more understanding of part one.
