The Public Accounting Division to host a specialized seminar of the updated IPSAS of assets and financial statement
The event was supported by the Board of Directors, affiliated divisions and according to updated schedule and delivery materials system consolidation plan for public accounting standards. A seminar of the updated IPSAS was held by the Public Accounting Division, AOF at 13h30 on Wednesday, 3rd May 2017 on the assets and financial statement.

AOF’s attendees at the events were: Assoc. Prof., Dr. Truong Thi Thuy – AOF Vice President, Dr. Nguyen Dao Tung –Director of Training, Pham Thi Lan Phuong M.A – Dean of Language Faculty, Pham Thi Ha PhD. Candidate – Vice Director of Training; lecturers of Public Accounting Division and student representatives.

Invited attendees were: Ms. Dang Thi Mai Trang and representatives from ICAEW; UK public accounting expert Mr. Henning Diederichs and other representatives from universities in Hanoi such as: University of Commerce, Foreign Trade University, Trade Union University, …

Ms. Dang Thi Mai Trang – ICAEW spoke at the event expressing her hope for maintaining and strengthening the bilateral tie between the two institutions.

The overall goals of the seminar consisted of two main parts: Expert presentation about the contents of IPSAS on assets and financial statements and Comprehensive discussion on the topic.

Meeting and renovating current public accounting sector mechanism and targeting at improvement and development of State Accounting and Financial Statement General.

Division updating and improving delivery materials and lectures as scheduled.

Targeting at English fluency in international expertise exchanges.
